MediaMedia groups for ages have sensationalized violence, sex, catastrophe, and ANY exploitable content for the purpose of ratings (subsequently, greater income and notoriety).

Further, in recent years biased “news” sources have attacked impressionable minds, creating and reinforcing false divisions between societal groups.

Who and what are we supposed to believe in anymore?… And, more importantly, who’s responsible?

From the owners and operators of media outlets, to media consumers themselves, it’s time to demand greater accountability and oversight without compromising free speech. How do we get there?
